Online Coaching

For creatives who train alone and need a system that holds without someone standing next to them.

Your programme lives on my online platform — accessible anywhere, built around your schedule. We check in weekly, adjust when life gets in the way, and keep moving forward regardless.

Best for: Busy schedules, travel, self-directed people who want expert structure.

Hybrid Fitness Coaching

The middle ground between full independence and in-person accountability.

You train on your programme remotely, and we meet in person once/twice a month to assess, adjust, and push further than you'd push yourself. The best of both - without the cost of weekly sessions.

Best for: People who want flexibility but need a regular human touchpoint to stay sharp.

1-1 Coaching

The full version. Weekly in-person sessions, complete programme management, nutrition guidance, and direct access to me between sessions.

This is for people who are serious about changing — not just trying something new. You show up, I handle the rest.

Best for: Anyone who wants maximum accountability, fastest results, and a coach fully invested in their progress.

Mind

Everything starts here. Before the programme, before the training, before the nutrition - we address what's happening between your ears.
