I didn't start here. Neither will you.
About Naim
Most people come to me after years of trying to figure it out alone.
Different programmes. Different diets. Different versions of the same frustration. They're not unfit. They're not unmotivated. They just never had a system built around their actual life - and every generic plan they followed made them feel like the problem was them.
It isn't. It never was.
The Story
I'm Naim. I've been a personal trainer for nine years. But the reason I coach the way I do has nothing to do with a qualification.
When I was 14, a nurse told me I was close to overweight. I heard one word: overweight. And that sent me down a path I wasn't equipped for. Green tea by the mugful. Not enough food. Obsessing over the mirror. Getting smaller and still not seeing what I wanted to see.
What I was dealing with was body dysmorphia. I didn't have a name for it then. I just knew something was wrong with how I saw myself, and no amount of progress seemed to fix it.
Unlearning that took years. Learning to train intelligently - with purpose, with structure, with an honest relationship to what my body actually needed - that changed everything. Not just physically. In how I showed up. In how I worked. In what I believed I was capable of.
That's the real starting point of this.
I built this for people whose body is an afterthought — until it isn't.
Creatives especially. Designers, photographers, videographers, performers, stylists. People who pour everything into their work and run on whatever's left. Your body is your most important creative tool. And most of you are barely maintaining it.
I'm not here to tell you to overhaul your life. Chaos weeks happen. Last-minute jobs happen. Imperfect consistency is the entire philosophy here — because a system that only works in your quiet weeks isn't a system.
Mind. Fitness. Health. In that order, always.
The mind moves first. Fitness is where the work gets done. Health is everything that supports it - sleep, nutrition, recovery, the decisions you make every day between our sessions.
This isn't about looking a certain way, although that tends to happen. It's about building a version of yourself that's more physically capable, more mentally resilient, and better equipped for the demands of your actual life.
You'll leave this page and keep making decisions that won't change your situation. Or you choose a different ending.
